At Valrhona, we are 250 permanent employees in production, spread over three geographical sites. We were already monitoring our performance using Excel files or whiteboards that we commented on every day.
We didn't have the data, the history was sometimes missing. It was difficult to communicate between workshops or with other departments.

Fabriq has accompanied us in the evolution of our processes. The tickets themselves have evolved since the beginning. The first thing is that it allows us to concatenate certain indicators, i.e. if I want to have the sum of the accidents on several workshops, it is much easier thanks to the digital tool. We also have an action plan in one place. This tool is used by both production and all other support services. In one place, we centralize all the information. This is also where all our data history is kept.

This digital tool is so powerful that we can add photos and attachments. It allows us to enrich the tool and make it much more visual than before. Since the deployment of Fabriq, we have noticed significant gains, whether in terms of time saved, efficiency, visibility or communication. To communicate, inter workshops, you just have to click on a button and no longer have to send an email or go and see the person. So we have gained in efficiency, we have gained in readability. From now on, the fact that we can see the indicators immediately in red allows us to focus on the problems and to target our actions. The field visits allow us to guarantee the standards and therefore very visually, on a daily basis, we can see if there are any deviations and if so, to treat them.
We have saved time, we have gained in communication, we have gained in reactivity by treating the problems at the source. Today, it is an indispensable tool that we use on a daily basis.
